Amanda Tate Beir is the Executive Assistant to Dave Jordan at Format Entertainment, where she plays an integral role in managing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, and immersed in the entertainment industry from an early age, Amanda developed a lifelong passion for both film and music. She is thrilled to be at Format, where those two worlds seamlessly intersect. As Jordan’s detail-oriented right hand, she thrives on supporting a talented team of creatives who are frequently behind some of Marvel's most exciting projects.

Amanda began her career in music at Maverick Records, eventually becoming Madonna’s assistant. She went on to work with leading executives, artists and record labels, including Warner Records, A&M Records, Overbrook Entertainment, Priority Records, and Reprise Records.

She holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, and is also an alum of the legendary improv theater The Second City.
